Hi everyone, joined the forum a couple of days ago but had little time to post as yet.
Started making keilkraft f/f gliders back in the mid 60`s (Dolphin, Invader, Chief etc) then moved on to slope soaring; Control line and ic stuff for more years than I care to remember.
Now, following years of ill health, just getting back into slope soaring--o boy I have missed it. Don`t get out too often but I`m hopping that will change.
I`m on a very tight budget but already have a 2mtr rudder/ele made up of bits from a couple of swap meets. Also picked up a second hand EPP Rico-she (from the Stan Yeo stable-brilliant piece of kit-for my needs anyway) 60" V tail slope racer.
Last but not least, I`m half way thru scratch building a little 2ch `Orion` from a plan I picked up off ebay for £2. Ideal for those very light wind days.
So thats me in a nut shell.
