Hello Everyone. This is another build for a Customer which has asked me to build a Chris Foss Phase 6 Sport, made a start on the Fuselage, and now ordered the carbon strips to put in the wing, looking forward to this 1 and should be a quickish build but they could be the famous last words  Will post some pictures soon, waiting for carbon to be delivered from Hyperflight. Watch this space  |

Afternoon Everyone. Just been in the workshop and made a start on the wings putting the carbon strips along the edges, must say it's looking good, just letting the Epoxy go off now so i will do some more tomorrow  |

Just a quick update, leading edges and trailing edges all glued in places and sanded, tip blocks glued on and servo lead tubes have been cut in and fitted with a straw and underneath them is a carbon strip going from root to 650mm in to the wing, just to help and it's what i had left. Have to say there is a lot of sanding  |

 hi nise to see the phase 6 coming along i built one 18 months ago fantastic flyer i fly this model every time i can,i see you cut the wing to run the wing servo wires,i grooved the foam in mine along the leading edge and ran the wires this way,looking forward to seen the finished model,here is a picture of my phase 6 i have been flying for 2 years,i used monokote for the covering,glassed the inside from the nose back,my c of g is 4mm back from the instructions,when inverted very little input with down elevator is needed,this plane flys great.as you can see under my bench i have a thunder tiger e hawk laser cut kit to build,and on the table you can see an old classic plan of the veron inpala 52" to build. |
