Hi to all.
I've been modelling on and off since 1965. If I remember right my first real kit was a Keil Kraft Caprice, before that I designed and built my own free flight gliders. Got into rubber powered Aircraft and control line flying for a while. Then built a Veron 'Big Impala' as my first entry into R/C. Being a cocky young lad I ignored advice to approach a skilled pilot for advice and although the glide test went well, the glider soon succumbed at the Slope. I got back into R/C nearly 40 years later.
My main interest is Slope Soaring and it improved my flying in general. I am usually found leaning into the wind on some remote slope.
