My name is Steve and I'm an Englishman living in S Wales, otherwise known as, "Gods Playground".
I run a blog, a470soaring.blogspot.co.uk/ for the local guys which is loaded with videos and pictures of our slope soaring exploits and adventures. Please come along and take a look and don't be frightened to leave a message in the Shout Box.
I have been slope soaring for over 3 years now but I began my rc model flying back in the late 1970's, with free flight gliders and control line before that. I now only fly gliders and until recently, only slope, however, for next year I am looking to build a 2.5m electric power thermal soarer and do a bit of that when we are cursed with a light breeze.
